This is not modern fitness yoga or a trend — this is traditional yoga, rooted in ancient wisdom. This is not fast-paced, trendy yoga or a fitness class in disguise.
This is traditional yoga, grounded in breath (pranayama), posture (asana), energy (chakras), and awareness.
We use mudras, breath, movement, and stillness to help you reconnect with yourself.
Yoga isn’t something we can fully grasp without practicing. Yoga is not about performance or appearance. It’s about presence and practice. It’s not fitness or a quick fix for discomfort. It’s a slow, intentional journey of self-inquiry and integration. Let go of preconceptions shaped by what you've seen. The real depth of yoga is only found in experience.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and have been teaching for 8 years. Yoga has been a passion of mine for most of my life, and my goal is that my students feel as passionate about yoga as I do.
My classes incorporate physical asana tailored to the capability of each student, while encouraging mind–body integration. The foundation of my teaching is to support students in adapting their yoga practice to what they intuitively desire.
Ashtanga Yoga is a flowing, disciplined practice that unites breath and movement through a structured sequence of postures. Beyond building strength and flexibility, it cultivates focus, presence, and mental clarity. Each practice becomes an exploration of the interplay between effort and surrender, helping the practitioner move with awareness and connect more deeply to the subtle energies within.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites surrender and deep introspection. Long-held, passive postures open connective tissues while nurturing stillness and awareness of subtle currents within. This practice cultivates patience, spaciousness, and an intimate familiarity with the inner landscape of energy and presence.
Hatha Yoga is the cultivation of balance and harmony, guiding the practitioner through foundational postures, conscious breathing, and gentle relaxation. It fosters attunement to the subtle energies within, cultivating steadiness, clarity, and presence. This practice nurtures an embodied awareness that transcends mere physicality, offering a path toward grounded self-inquiry and inner integration.
Vinyasa Krama is a mindful, flowing practice where each posture is guided by the breath and attentive awareness. Dynamic movement blends with stillness to awaken subtle energy and refine inner focus, fostering harmony between effort and ease. Through this deliberate sequencing, the practitioner deepens connection with the inner rhythms of life and presence.
Through the practice, Yoga reveals itself.
The beauty of Yoga.
